Our Mission

Our mission is to bring together the Capital District of NY best-qualified professionals in the real estate industry together with financial institutions, servicers, outsourcers, lenders, investors, developers as well as the consumer and assist them with all aspects of Real Estate. Together we strive as a whole to create, develop, and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients and within our membership that will last a lifetime.

The mission of Virtual Real Estate Designs by Ginés & Baldwin® is to bring a more satisfying way to the consumer in the Real Estate field, by increasing the dream of affordable homeownership in the Capital District Area and providing top-quality interior, exterior residential and commercial services, all under one roof. We will help clients to make their dream home become a reality, by purchasing a "fixer-upper" at a lower price, designing, and remodeling it to fit their needs, also to improve the look and financial viability of the Capital District as a whole.
